Hermès, a brand crowned for being the epitome of luxurious goods has bagged another trophy in their goodwill upon building a secure reputation with its customers, not just upon its fashion house, but also its fragrances!
This isn’t the first time we’ve been bowled over their unique fragrances- we’ve been loyal customers of their Kelly, Elixir Des Marveilles & Eau Des Merveilles Bleue, all spirits attaining a certain quality where you don’t seem to get bored of the scent, rather your obsession grows stronger with time.
Anyone would know i’ve crossed the room where there’d whiff a cloud of some Hermès scents as i’m laden head to toe in their fragrances at all times. They’re just the right kind of spicy during the winters and a blast of freshness and aqua in the blistering heat!
The Hermès Twilly on the other hand is an iconic ode to the silk twilly scarves this brand creates and the spirit is created by perfumer Christine Nagel , who desired to create something youthful, fresh and iconic.
The premise is a blend of three distinguishable ingredients:
Ginger: Fresh, the right amount of pop and spice and soapy in composition
Tuberose: A sweet, fragrant flower strong in scent
Sandalwood: Warm, deep, rich and sweet so much happening all at the same time
The bottle in appearance is squared, while being rounded at the edges and bears a tint of peachy-pink fragrance. The stopper is a perfect lacquered black hat shape wrapped around the iconic Hermès twilly scarf, symbolising how this bottle is made for a classic hermès girl! This is he most perfect blend of a dancing fragrance woven in a striking ginger and sensual tuberose. We just couldn’t stop at one bottle, quite literally!
